Weight Loss: Tirzepatide (same ingredient in Mounjaro & Zepbound)

$299.00

Continue your weight loss journey with the Tirzepatide—featuring the same active ingredient as Mounjaro & Zepbound for sustained results.

WHAT IS IT:

This medication is self-administered by the patient once weekly via a subcutaneous injection. Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist (natural hormones in your body) that helps support weight loss and blood sugar control. It works by enhancing insulin sensitivity, slowing digestion, and reducing appetite—leading to improved metabolic function and sustained satiety. All of our formulations of tirzepatide also include pyridoxine (Vitamin B6). The addition of Vitamin B6 has clinical evidence that supports decreasing nausea and helps aid with weight loss.

PROCESS:

  1. Schedule an appointment.

  2. $49 telehealth call with MD or NP to ensure treatment is safe, appropriate, & tailored to your needs ($49 not included in listed service price above, but is only required once every 6 months for weight loss treatments so you won’t need to pay it again when it’s time to refill your prescription).

  3. Telehealth call with RN (no extra charge) to discuss supplies provided & appropriate dosage. During call, patient will be instructed on how to administer the medication. If needed, patient can schedule for the RN to demonstrate the 1st dose in person.

  4. Prescription & supplies shipped to patient.

  5. Patient self-administers medications per prescription & educational guidelines.

  6. We’re always available via call/text/email if you have any questions or concerns.

In summary, we offer a concierge service that includes everything you need: medical oversight, prescription medication, needed supplies, access to experienced critical care RNs that can help with your titration schedule and answer any questions that may arise.

TIRZEPATIDE DOSING*

● Initial Dose:

○ 2.25 mg Subcutaneous (SC) once weekly for 4 weeks. $299 (4 shots)

● Titration Schedule (Only If Needed):

○ Week 5-8: 4.5 mg SC once weekly for 4 weeks. $349 (4 shots)

○ Week 9–12: 6.75 mg SC once weekly for 4 weeks. $449 (4 shots)

○ Week 13–16: 9 mg SC once weekly for 4 weeks. $529 (4 shots)

○ Week 17+: 11.5 mg SC once weekly for 4 weeks. $619 (4 shots)

● Maximum Dose: 13.5 mg SC once weekly for 4 weeks. $619 (4 shots)

*Dosing increase is not a requirement for efficacy; increase dosage only if your appetite suppression has diminished. We suggest that clients remain on their current dosage as long as they’re experiencing effective appetite control. If the effects begin to diminish, it may be time to increase the dose. For example, if 2.25mg is no longer providing adequate results, consider moving up to 4.5mg. The same approach applies when transitioning from 4.5mg to 6.75mg, from 6.75mg to 9mg, and from 9mg to 11.5 or 13.5mg.
